Welcome to the first episode or the trailer for the Digital Marketing Creators Podcast. My name is Andre Vaughn. I am a digital marketing content creator. I've been dibbing and dabbling in this online space for about five, almost 10 years now. But this podcast is going to be x is going to be great. And I'm glad that I finally started it.

But a little bit more about me, I'm not gonna spend a whole lot of time on me. But I actually started a small satellite company, a satellite installation company around probably about, oh, man, this was this was over 20 years ago. And it was great was great while it lasted. But I got a lot of business experience out of it.

But the thing that happened with that is the changes that occurred some, you know, some changes that I wasn't ready for it, it was just a big learning lesson in terms of business, and in terms of, I guess, the lack of the lack of marketing that I should have developed back in those days. But I learned the ins and outs of marketing and being a small business owner. But back then I didn't understand my market fully. And I was wasting a lot of money trying to keep that thing afloat. And it just, it just didn't happen.

But I realized that if I would have had a strategic plan in place, and I would understand that, I guess that changing is okay. That I would have been, I would have been for that, I guess the experience would have been better. But later on after that experience, I ended up becoming a husband and father, which I love. I love my wife and my two boys. And the satellite business it was it was over by the end, but I was fortunate enough to go back to school earning a degree at the University of Missouri at St. Louis, actually earned a Information Systems degree, and a Business Administration degree.

And I just became more knowledgeable about different digital marketing platforms and strategies and all that thing over the all of those things rather over the years. So I noticed how how businesses could benefit, you know, from things such as digital marketing, personal branding, blogging, and social media, marketing, SEO, all of that stuff. And I saw that that's the way that this world in terms of business was going, you know, an online space. So I learned a lot of a lot of these online methods by trial and error.

But I always had the notion to want to help others, you know, so that they wouldn't make some of the same mistakes that I made in terms of not only you know, not only business but start looking at digital marketing, or marketing as a whole in a different light. So in saying that with this podcast, what we want to do is we want to help creators and entrepreneurs no matter especially if you're a beginner, or if you are, maybe you've been a business owner and you've been a business owner for a while and you want to make some changes or you're wondering why you're not getting sales and leads to your business.

We want to kind of shed a shed a light on some of those things and how you can grow your business using things such as social media. So you can get, you know, get a better outlook on content creation, brand messaging, personal branding, pay per click, all of those different different things in the world of digital marketing. The reason I'm putting together this podcast also another big reason is I love helping people. There is no no, I guess there's not too many, too many other feelings, you know, then helping someone achieve their goals. That's a big thing for me. I think it's exhilarating. It's fun. It's, um, there's, there's a lot of other things that can can come from that. Also, in terms of my business, yeah, um,

I'm definitely, you know, I'm a businessman. And, you know, we're all here to make money. And we're all here to, you know, to achieve great things. And I can help you do that, through this podcast and through my entire platform.

But we're going to start this podcast off, we're going to start off with, I guess the next four episodes, we're going to do something called our Focus Four Series, which we're going to bring light, we're going to have some episodes on some quick episodes on personal branding, brand messaging, content creation, social media marketing, so make sure you tune in to that.
